Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We strictly respect clinical punctuality and our clients’ time. Because we do not take any advance payment (Rs. 0 Upfront) at the time of booking on our website, there is no provision for online refunds. All payments are collected only after the service is completed.

  • Cancellation Rule: If you wish to cancel your appointment, you can do so during our team’s confirmation call or at least 2 to 3 hours before the scheduled visit. No cancellation charges will be applied.

  • Rescheduling: If you are unavailable at the scheduled time, you can inform our helpline number to reschedule your appointment for another day or a flexible time slot without any hassle.

  • Payment Modes: After the completion of the treatment, you can make the payment directly to our visiting expert team via Cash or UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
